The Folwell Neighborhood Gathering Space
CONCEPT
The FNA has a home at 3701 Fremont Ave N. After hosting a large community meeting in Dec. 2019, Folwell neighbors and the FNA decided to move forward with a 3-year lease on the commercial space on the corner of Fremont and 37th.
This FNA endeavor was able to find a business partner in Markella Smith and is hosting The Dream Shop. We believe in fostering and supporting small businesses. The front gift shop is complementary to the community Gathering Space in the back half. We are so excited about this partnership and our doors are open.
The 3701 Fremont Project is now called the “Folwell Neighborhood Gathering Space”.
RENTAL INFORMATION
“Gathering Space” is 891 sq ft for rent
Space Rental Fee is $20 per hour
Rent the Space for a full day (8 Hours) for a flat fee of $100
Any rental with food or 4+ hours long will automatically incur a $25 Cleaning Fee, payable the day of your event.

The 3701 event space is open concept and perfect for your public or private meetings. The event space comes complete with a full kitchen available for your party or dinner needs. Tables and chairs are available. Free Street parking.
